🔄 1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

📌 Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.

❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Perishable or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

📦 3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include:
   • Order ID
   • Product details
   • Reason for return
   • Photos (if damaged/defective)
3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

💰 4. Refund Policy

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

🚚 5. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover shipping costs
• For other returns, the customer may need to bear return shipping charges

• We offer replacement for:

• Replacement will be processed subject to product availability

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
