You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Perishable or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

To initiate a return:

- Include:
- Order ID
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged/defective)
- Our team will review and respond within 2β3 business days

- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover shipping costs
- For other returns, the customer may need to bear return shipping charges
